Description

High-Altitude Physics. Deep Caramelization.

"Highland Harmony" is a study in thermal endurance. We specifically select high-density beans from Mexico, Brazil, and Guatemala because their cellular structure can withstand intense heat without breaking down into ash.

This allows us to push the roast deep into the caramelization phase—turning natural sugars into rich Brown Sugar and Dark Chocolate notes—without ever crossing into carbonization. You will enjoy a dark, developed roast that proves you don't need the burn to get the body.

  • Origin: Mexico, Brazil, and Guatemala
  • Profile: Dark Chocolate, Brown Sugar, Toasted Walnut
  • Roast Level: Dark Matter Depth. Full Body & Low Acid.
  • The Art: A velvety, comforting cup. Ideal for French Press immersion.

Brewing Recommendations

Focus, how to get the best flavor.

  • Water Temp: 200°F (Cooler water prevents bitterness)
  • Ratio: 1:16 (1g coffee to 16g water)
  • Best Methods: French Press, Espresso, Pour Over.
  • Tip: Grind slightly coarser to keep the cup clean.

Impact & Sustainability

This blend is built on three distinct, well-established origins. It combines the structured, mechanized agriculture of Brazil's Cerrado with the organic and sustainable methods practiced by Mexican cooperatives in Chiapas. This is rounded out by coffees from Guatemala's Antigua and Huehuetenango, grown in rich volcanic soils. Together, these regions ensure reliable sourcing and strong connections to farming communities.
