We operate on a strict Peak Flavor Window. We roast in small batches and ship fast. Our goal is to ensure your beans arrive within the crucial 3-to-8 day window after roasting—the precise moment when the gases have settled and the flavor notes are most vibrant.

We don't roast average beans. We source exclusively from the top 5% of global crops—beans that meet the strict SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) standard of 80+ points.
